Calia at Chadstone is the second restaurant-to-retail concept in the Calia collective. Just like Calia at the Emporium it boasts an affordable Michelin star Modern Japanese inspired dining experience for all to enjoy.
The menu at Calia Chadstone has been created by internationally acclaimed Michelin Star Chef Francisco Araya and has been carefully constructed using clean flavours and fresh quality sustainable premium produce from suppliers such as Robbins Island Wagyu Farm, Tasmania to the abundant tea farms of Uji, Kyoto, Red Hill Truffles and Yarra Valley Caviar. Customers can also expect to indulge in air-flown Japanese A5 Wagyu and Toro as well.
